Ferry Village Neighborhood Improvement
Association
Prior to formation of FVNCA, the FVNIA was established  
through a government program to rehabilitate
depressed areas. Founded in 1978, the mission of
FVNIA was to:

  1. Form an agency to help residents plan and
    finance home improvements.
  2. Stimulate additional Municipal services such as
    sewers, street paving, sidewalks and open space.
  3. Stimulate resident participation in home
    improvements, neighborhood improvements, etc.
  4. To provide services to all residents in whatever
    way possible to improve our village.
