| Previous Page Engine One - Ferry Village Volunteer Hose Company (Continued) Today Engine One is still very active with a membership of about 10 firefighters and utilizes the original School Street firehouse. The fire station plays an important role in the community -- offering open houses and tours, participating in parades and special events, mentoring neighborhood children, and hosting an annual dinner. With major oil terminals, an elderly high-rise, a residential high-rise, marine commerce, gas stations, numerous businesses, and one of the most densely packed neighborhoods in the City, we are fortunate to have a call company in the middle of Ferry Village. 2007 - Current Roster (click their name to send email)
