| The Ferry Village Neighborhood Conservation Association (FVNCA) was the first neighborhood in the city to complete a Master Plan. It was submitted to the City of South Portland and incorporated into the Comprehensive Plan in 2002. Copies of this Master Plan are available at the City's Planning Department.
